I'm the owner of Laurel Grace Yoga. My yoga journey began when my collegiate running career was cut short after a hip injury. Yoga gave my body a means to HEAL, led me to a new routine, and eventually allowed me to be a different version of the athlete and runner I had been my entire life.
It wasn't until later in life and exposure to a stressful Corporate career, leading young Finance professionals at a fast-paced publicly traded corporation, that I began to understand the healing aspects yoga also has on the mind and soul. It offers a means for self-care, a deeper connection with self and community and gives us the ability to restore what is depleted.
